Expected Learning Outcomes

Students will be introduced to the tools that characterize career guidance and career counseling interventions through active participation and teamwork. At the end of the workshop, students must have acquired the skills and techniques that allow:

• reflection on one's own and others' vocational identity;

• the analysis of strengths and weaknesses;

• the definition of potential and desirable professional scenarios

Required Prerequisites

The minimum prerequisites to participate in the workshop can be acquired by attending the lessons of the module "Work Psychology And Career Counseling Methods".

Attendance of Lessons

Attendance is required. Participation in laboratory activities is a necessary prerequisite for access to the examination

Detailed Course Content

The laboratory provides practical activities aimed at exploring professional planning. The exercises will cover: professional interests, motivation, analysis of resources and constraints, decision-making and planning skills
