Basic concepts: defines the fundamental concepts and skills in the fields of hardware and software components, use of devices, file creation and management, networks and data security.
Images: definition of digital formats and acquisition of the practice of reproduction with the main output devices.
IT security: defines the fundamental concepts and skills to the ability to understand the main concepts behind a secure use of ICT in daily life and to use relevant techniques and applications to maintain a secure network, use the Internet securely, and manage data and information appropriately. Privacy and GDPR concepts.
Browse the web: defines the fundamental concepts and skills relating to web navigation, effective search for information, online communication and email. Markup languages and knowledge of the main free software for creating a website.
Digital tourism: Knowledge of technologies for the promotion of cultural heritage and tourism: search engines technologies , social networks, crowdsourcing systems and cloud computing. Identification of the ways in which to measure the quality of the services offered in the tourism sector
