Learning Objectives
The primary aim is to learn important elements and characteristics of the main types of economic geography and the economic and competitive context of territory. It is therefore noted the concept of territory as a tourist destination, characterized by a geographic space and evolutionary phases.

Tourism is one of the fastest growing industries in the world. This course examines tourism from an economic and geographic perspective. Topics are: Sustainable cities; Globalization; Population; Landscape; Geo-Economic space; Local Development.
