Detailed Course Content

Grammatical morphological, lexical and phonological aspects of English language (B1+/B2 level of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages); the most common elements of scientific lexicon; reading comprhension and the ability to comment on topics related to the pedagogical field and literary texts, and particularly the following topics:

  • The Educational Experience
  • Education and Culture
  • Language and Culture
  • Children’s Literature

By the end of the course, students will be able to:

  • express opinions
  • recognize grammatical and syntactical structures;
  • recount present, past and future events,
  • recognize and use the most common elements of scientific lexicon;
  • read, analize and comment on pedagogical and literary texts;
  • sum up information found in texts;
