Call for Applications for a new PhD Program in Life Course Research, based on a national alliance among 29 associated Universities across Italian regions.
The PhD program in Life Course Research fosters the study of life courses and the significant events that shape them from a holistic and transdisciplinary perspective. The program establishes a Scientific Consortium between scholars from the biomedical, psychological, and socio-demographic fields.
The program offers 55 PhD scholarships (a list of topics, with the corresponding reference persons, can be found here).

Unique features of the Phd in Life Course Research are: 1) Thematic rather than disciplinary identity; 2) Super-departmental and super-regional nature of the Consortium to overcome the fragmentation of local approaches; 3) Multilevel teaching structure (national/local).

Call for Applications aperte per il nuovo Dottorato di Interesse Nazionale in Life Course Research, che fonda un'alleanza tra 29 università italiane.
Il programma di dottorato in Life Course Research promuove lo studio dei percorsi di vita e degli eventi significativi che li modellano da unaprospettiva olistica e transdisciplinare. Il programma vede la costituzione di un Consorzio Scientifico tra studiosi dei settori biomedico, psicologico e socio-demografico.
Il programma offre 55 borse di dottorato (potete trovare qui una lista degli argomenti e dei referenti scientifici).
Le caratteristiche del Dottorato di Interesse Nazionale in Life Course Research includono: 1) Identità tematica anziché disciplinare; 2) Natura sovra-dipartimentale e sovra-regionale del Consorzio per superare la frammentazione degli approcci locali; 3) Visione integrale e formazione multilivello (nazionale/locale).
La scadenza per le candidature è il 7 agosto.
