Expected Learning Outcomes

Knowledge and understanding (DD1). Theoretical knowledge of the main psychological models of career guidance (updated to the 21st century) and training. Ability to apply knowledge and understanding (DD2). Use career guidance and training tools and methodologies in different contexts (individual, group, organizational); design training and career guidance programs. Independent judgment (DD3). Critically analyze training and career guidance needs and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions. Communication skills (DD4). Clearly communicate complex concepts related to career guidance and training psychology and use inclusive language. Learning skills (DD5). Critical sensitivity to changes in the workplace and contemporary global challenges.

Detailed Course Content

The program will be structured by analyzing and exploring the following areas:

1) learning and training in organizations, particularly analyzing the acquisition and development of professional skills;

2) the training process, needs analysis, organizational learning and training;

3) 21st-century orientation: career construction, life design, career adaptability, sustainability, and social inclusion;

4) personnel selection.

GOAL 4: QUALITY EDUCATION

Target 4.4: By 2030, substantially increase the number of youth and adults with the skills needed, including technical and vocational skills, for employment, decent work, and entrepreneurship.

Target 4.7: By 2030, ensure that all learners acquire the knowledge and skills needed to promote sustainable development through, among other things, education for sustainable development and sustainable lifestyles, human rights, gender equality, the promotion of a culture of peace and non-violence, global citizenship, and the valorization of cultural diversity and culture's contribution to sustainable development.

Target 8.8: Protect labor rights and promote a safe and secure working environment for all workers, including migrant workers, especially migrant women, and those in precarious employment.
