Full Professor of WORK AND ORGANIZATIONAL PSYCHOLOGY [PSIC-03/B]

Tiziana Ramaci is Full Professor of Work and Organizational Psychology (SSD PSIC-03/B) at the University of Catania, Department of Educational Sciences. She currently serves as President of the Bachelor’s Degree Program in Psychological Sciences and Techniques (L-24R). She teaches in undergraduate and master’s degree programs, delivering courses in Work and Organizational Psychology and Human Resource Psychology. She is a member of the Equal Opportunities Committee (CUG) of the University of Catania, where she is involved in activities aimed at promoting equal opportunities, organizational well-being, inclusion, and the prevention of discrimination within academic contexts.

Her research activity focuses on topics related to work psychology, organizational well-being, organizational psychology, and human resource management. In particular, her main research interests concern occupational health, occupational psychology, workplace safety, and job insecurity, with specific attention to well-being and quality of working life, especially in healthcare settings. Currently, her scientific activity is oriented toward applied research in the field of HR practices and HR management, with particular focus on recruitment processes, career development, and new leadership paradigms.
