The research activity concerns the fields of social and work psychology. It provides specific insights on the clinical and psychodiagnostic methodologies in which the mentioned fields are involved. The academic research conducted to date focuses on the study of migratory phenomena with specific reference to a number of processes, such as acculturation and coping strategies, improvement of immigrants well-being and quality of life and work placement of the latter within the Italian territory.
