TIROCINIO

The internship aims to achieve the following educational objectives: to learn to manage the dynamics of educational work with awareness and intention; to provide an opportunity, within a specialized body, to verify the knowledge acquired during the course of study; create a direct link between academic learning and educational processes in place in society.

The trainee must follow the procedures described in the Internship Guide to be initiated in the internship activities.

The internship, carried out at the socio-educational services, public or private, affiliated with the University of Catania, under the guidance of an academic tutor and a company tutor, has a fundamental guiding function, namely that of making known the reality of the world of work through direct contact, allowing to deepen, verify and broaden the learning received by the degree course, and also helps the trainees to meet the realities and institutions of the territory that can constitute the places in which to exercise their professionalism.
